A woman was arrested in Manassas on Wednesday after authorities said she shot a family member at her home on Boundary Avenue. (Liam Griffin/Patch) MANASSAS, VA — A woman shot a family member at her home in Manassas on Wednesday night, the Prince William County Police Department said. The victim, a 66-year-old man, was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Authorities expect him to recover. The police department identified the woman as 64-year-old Regina Carroll Shull. Shull is charged with aggravated malicious wounding and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.
