MANASSAS, Va. — Editor's Note: The video attached to this article is from a story WUSA9 did in April of 2022. A man was arrested for allegedly impersonating a police officer in the City of Manassas, authorities said. On Nov. 23, Manassas City police responded to the 9400 block of West Street in Manassas, Virginia, where they met a couple stating a man, who was identified as Christopher Morneau, 27, of Manassas, was claiming to be a police officer around 6:30 p.m. The couple also informed police that Morneau approached them, showed a business card belonging to the Manassas City Police Department, and claimed he was in law enforcement, officials said in a press release.
