A pair of Maryland men face several charges after authorities said they stole catalytic convertors from the Manassas Alban Tractor dealer. Reply MANASSAS, VA — A pair of Maryland men stole catalytic convertors from a Manassas business on Wednesday morning, the Prince William County Police Department said. Authorities identified the men as 18-year-old Cristian Ramirez Canales and 33-year-old Male Figueroa. Both men are charged with five counts of felony tampering with a catalytic converter and one count of possession of burglarious tools.
