Manassas voters will be heading to the polls Tuesday to cast ballots in the Democratic and Republican Party Primaries for local races. Reply MANASSAS, VA — Manassas voters will be casting ballots on Tuesday in the 2023 Democratic and Republican Party primaries for local races. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Any voter still in line at 7 p.m. will be able to vote. This year, there are two Republican races on the ballot and one Democratic race. Incumbent Democrat Ann Wheeler faces a challenge from Deshundra Jefferson for the Democratic nomination for chairman on the board of supervisors.
