A Manassas man was arrested on Thursday after authorities said he choked a family member and stabbed her multiple times. (Liam Griffin/Patch) MANASSAS, VA — A Manassas man stabbed a family member multiple times on Thursday morning at his home on Thurston Lane, the Prince William County Police Department said. He evaded police for several hours before he was arrested on Thursday evening. The victim, a 37-year-old woman, suffered injuries that were not life-threatening. Authorities identified the man as 43-year-old Miguel Angel Rodriguez-Torres.
