A Virginia man was arrested by Knightdale police for child sex crimes and is being held on a $3.5 million bond. Walter Glenn Brown, 46, of Manassas, Virginia, was arrested Thursday. He is being charged with statutory sex offense with a child, felony child abuse and indecent liberties with a child.
