Avoid this place if billing is important to you. The dentist is great and the office customer service is fine. But they have a horrible billing process. Back story I had accumulated credits on my account close $400, my daughter had and appointment the young man called me to say the balance is $120. I stated use the credit I then did my follow up and needed nearly $700 in work of which I intended to use the remaining credit. I never got around to getting my procedure done so the credit remained on the account. So my daughter went in for an appointment recently and they say the charge would be another $120. I said ok there should still be a credit remaining so we should be fine. Because my daughter is 18 they became very harrasive threatening her credit calling very frequently. Because I thought the billing would catchup and they would see the credit I didn’t call them. But my daughter was being harassed so severely it stressed her out. So I finally called them I asked regarding the credit balance, I was informed that the full balance was used on my daughters first appointment not only $120.....What??? Why was I miss informed and even when I went for my procedure of which I have in writing a credit of $250 would be applied to my service keep in mind this was after my daughters first appointment the credit was available then. But it changed all of a sudden. Though the dentist is great how they bill misses the mark constantly. I did settle with them to be done but I advise stay away to avoid catastrophic billing errors. I was told I’d get an email of the final bill that I paid guess what the ball was dropped again.
