Manassas Imports Preowned in Manassas, Virginia

I am licensed by the state of Virginia as a motor vehicle salesperson, therefore I can speak from experience that this dealership should be avoided. I bought a car from manassas imports that is owned by bf ford. The car was totalled on November, i had gap coverage and a warranty. First when i called the gap company, they said the paperwork was never even filled. They then submitted the gap registration, but not the cancelation for the payoff. I have left many messages with battlefield ford, because anytime i talk to manaasas imports they give me the run around and send me to battlefiels. Bottom line, no one in either dealership is professional enough to own their own business practices, such as filling paperwork that is in regards to third party services, they pocketed my money and never followed through with submitting the gap company what they need. Ita january and the gap company still has np recieved what they need from thos dealership. Avoid at all costs. Pure trash management
